We Can Customize These Controls as We Wish. Lets See Step by Step.

 STEP 01 :- Go to "Setting"

Then, STEP 02 :- Select "Accessibility"

STEP 03 :-  "Touch"

STEP 04 :- "Assistive Touch"

Here,

RED Arrow - Can use this button to switch "on and off" option of "Assistive Touch"

Then select "Customise to Level Menu" 

Here, you can chose number icon (RED Arrow) and select or Remove Icon (BLUE Arrow).
